Planned and designed a customer retention program for Scottish Hydro-Electric plc during the deregulation of the UK’s electricity markets in 1999-2000. Targeted, personalized magazine distribution and mailings ran for a year during intense competition for customers. Retention was higher than client estimates and, in post-campaign research, customers who remained loyal ranked the database component ‘most influential’.
Created a new TV ad for a major Vancouver-based home hardware manufacturer in 2006. Re-positioned the brand and developed a new tagline with associated colourway and logotype in 2007. (Contractual obligations prevent us from featuring the campaign on the web.)
